Chesham Plant Hire - Diggers & Dumpers
Bucks Site Services provides plant hire in Chesham and the villages around it. Our Aylesbury yard is around eleven miles away which allows us to provide competitive delivery and collection prices on top of quality machinery. We price all jobs up front so you never book without knowing the price, allowing you to keep within your project budgets. Digger hire is one of our most popular services locally and the fleet runs from a 1 tonne micro that fits through a standard side gate, up to a 5 tonne for foundations and deeper drainage. Whether you are digging footings on a sloping garden at Chesham Bois, running services in at Hyde Heath or clearing a plot out towards Ley Hill the right machine comes down to access first and depth second. We’ll need to know the narrowest point the machine has to fit through and how deep you need to go. We can then match the right machine to your project rather than sending you the biggest one available. Chalk and flint are common on the hills either side of the town, so ask about a breaker when you book. If you need help moving materials across site we also have a range of dumpers to choose from. For more information call us on 01296 799999 or get in touch using our contact form.

Grab Hire Chesham
We also run grab hire in Chesham for muck away and hardcore away, which is usually the quickest way to clear a dig. One 8 wheel grab lorry takes around 16 tonnes, roughly a dozen builders skips and the arm reaches over a wall or fence from up to six metres. That reach earns its keep on the terraced streets in the old town and on the hillside plots at Botley and Whelpley Hill, where getting a skip anywhere near the work is rarely straightforward and the lorry can simply stay on the road. Soil, clay, concrete, brick, rubble and hardcore all go, and you get a waste transfer note every time so your duty of care is covered. Book the machines and the muck away together and we will plan it around your programme so the dug up material never blocks the space you need to work in.
