Ten barrow loads at a time, over ground no barrow would manage. It gets through an access of around 1m, so it works in back gardens and on tight sites where nothing bigger will go. Ideal for moving spoil out, concrete in and hardcore around while a small digger is working. On any job where two people are wheeling material more than about twenty metres, it pays for itself in a day and puts both of them back on the work you are paying them for.
